Great West Property Management does not sell real estate and only manages properties in the Pierce County areas. We are a smaller Management Firm to better serve our clients and provide the hands on experience our properties need. Great West offers financial management for the operation of Associations and Rentals. We understand State and Federal laws that impact your investments and take the time necessary to work with Association Board Members and Owners to ensure your needs are met.
